How catalogue credit works

An account, a limit, a plan, a delivery. Here's the whole mechanism in the order it actually happens.

You open an account

A short application: who you are, where you've lived, and a debit card in your name. The acceptance check looks at affordability — what you can comfortably repay — not just a score.

You get a starting limit

A limit sized to your budget. It keeps the first order sensible and grows as you pay on time.

You pick weekly or monthly

A fixed number of equal payments. No interest added, so the total you see is the total you pay.

Your order ships

First orders ship once your opening payments are underway. Repeat orders ship straight away.
